YouTube Keyword Planner Notion Template (Research & Content System)
Notion YouTube Keyword Planner designed to help you manage your keyword research, evaluate opportunities, and plan videos or posts.
Notion Keyword Planner for YouTube Features
YouTube is a search engine. Most views come from users searching for something very specific. The problem is that researching keywords often involves using multiple external tools, manually exporting data, or managing lists in messy documents.
Working with Notion as a keyword planner for YouTube offers several advantages:
- It allows you to centralize all your research in a database connected to your editorial calendar.
- It helps you evaluate search intent, competition, and opportunities from a visual and customizable system.
- It facilitates teamwork by allowing comments, task assignment, and collaborative workflows.
- It keeps your editorial strategy within a single system, without wasting time switching between tools.

Keyword research tracker
The main database allows you to record keywords, estimated search volume, difficulty, user intent, competitors, and additional notes. Although Notion does not automatically retrieve data from YouTube, the template is set up so that you can import information from your preferred tool (such as Ahrefs, VidIQ, or TubeBuddy) and organize it more intelligently.

Opportunity analysis
Using filters and tags, you can classify keywords according to their potential: low competition, high commercial intent, trends, evergreen, or ideal for short videos.

Content production kanban
A detailed tracker that shows what’s in ideation, scripting, filming, editing and ready to publish. It removes uncertainty about progress and highlights bottlenecks before they slow you down. Whether you create solo or manage multiple videos at once, the tracker brings order to the chaos of production.

Content calendar
A clear calendar view where you schedule upload dates, plan content themes, and maintain a consistent publishing rhythm. The calendar syncs with your production pipeline, giving you a unified picture of what’s coming next.
